Entertain at Shadowood! The farm is available for private music concerts; club events; meetings; photo shoots; lunch and dinner parties; as well as weddings and receptions, among other occasions, from mid-October through April.
Daytime events at the farm are a lovely change of pace. Evening events are magical.
Plan a casual lunch for 20* or a wedding for 80* people. Our very reasonable fees are based on the space you will need, the number of hours you will be present, and the number of guests you will be hosting. Due to weather concerns, the farm is only available for event rentals from mid-October through April. This is is an OUTDOOR VENUE. *Due to the continuation of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not comfortable hosting events for more than 50 people OR making reservations more than 6 months in advance.
BASE FEE FOR NON-WEDDING EVENTS*: $75 per hour plus tax, port-o-let and event insurance. 3 hour minimum, certain scheduling restriction apply.
BASE FEE FOR SMALL WEDDING, CEREMONY ONLY, 40 people or less): $650 plus tax and event insurance. Includes 1.5 hours day before rehearsal, 4 hours day of farm use, port-o-lets, 40 chairs, 2 banquet tables for guest book, gifts, etc.
BASE FEE FOR WEDDING AND RECEPTION, 50 people: $1400 plus tax and event insurance. Includes 2 hours day before rehearsal, 10 hours day of farm use, basic folding chairs for ceremony and dining, banquet tables, etc. Contact us for more detailed information.
2021 NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are limiting the maximum number of guests to 50. As a private business, the owners reserve the right to impose additional farm restrictions regardless of county, state and federal mandates.
If you have never been to the farm, feel free to visit during our public hours. After visiting, if you feel that this would be a good fit for your event, we will be happy to set up a private appointment to talk in greater detail. Our exact pricing is something that we discuss with each potential renter, AFTER they have visited the farm, so we can determine what features work best for any given budget.
March 24th, 2018 was another incredible Evening of Music and Vegetables at the farm, featuring New York based singer/songwriter, Sloan Wainwright.
