What You Can Expect From Us During Your Visit:

All of the plants in our Display Area & Shade House have detailed information signs (unless you happen to visit on a day when we are busy rearranging or restocking!). Included on these signs are what we know about these plants, how big they get, what kind of habitat they like, how to use them, when they flower, if they need to be pruned on a regular basis. Since we are truly a two person firm and get jammed up when multiple customers appear all at the same time, we make every effort to anticipate your questions and provide you with the information that you will need to be a "self guided," educated consumer.

We will gladly answer any specific plant questions that you may have during your visit. If you call requesting telephone information, we cannot diagnose pest problems or identify plants over the phone.

We DO NOT perform "Instant Landscape Design." Please see our Landscape Design Page for further information.

Customers are waited on using the "first come- first serve" premise. If we are busy working with a customer and you are in a hurry... take a chill pill or visit us again when you have more time to linger. For existing customers, if you know what you need and are on a tight time table, please feel free to call us in advance and we will gladly have your order pulled and ready for you when you get here. We will gladly schedule private appointments for you with 48 hours notice (Minimum Purchase amounts may apply.).

Our prices are clearly listed on all plant materials that are currently for sale. These prices are NOT negotiable. We are typically insulted, yet sometimes amused by those who feel compelled to ask "Can you do any better on the price?". Our reply is always the same: "Yes, we can charge you double!"

All Plant Sales are FINAL. Plants are living, perishable things. If you do not care for them properly, they will die. Please see our section basic plant care for tips on how to keep your new purchases alive.

What We Expect From You During Your Visit:

As a common courtesy, please restrict cell phone use to your vehicle unless you are an "on-call" Physician or are involved in some type of medical or family emergency.

DO NOT LITTER! This includes Cigarette Butts. If you drop anything on the ground and don't bother to pick it up, you will be asked to leave.

This is a Farm, not a Mall. Please wear sensible shoes and clothing during your visit.

Enter at your OWN RISK! Surfaces here are uneven, sometimes wet and muddy. We have snakes, we have bugs that crawl and bite.

Please ask before letting your Pets out of your vehicles.

For safety reasons, you MUST keep your children at your side at all times during your visit.
