Our office hours are Monday thru Saturday from 7:30am - 6:00pm. Customers and Vendors are welcome to call during these hours but MUST have an appointment to see us personally.

Phone Call Return Policy:
As a two person firm, we can only take expert care of one or two clients at a time! For this reason, we refuse to use "call waiting" or have multiple phone lines. If we are busy with a customer here at the nursery, we will not answer the phone, but you are welcome to leave a message on our answering machine.

Please note, your call may not be returned the same day you leave a message. If your call is not answered promptly, please know that we are not trying to be rude or unprofessional, this simply means that there are not enough hours in the day sometimes to please everyone! Thanks for your understanding!
